CHICAGO-Distressed assets are changing hands, but only deals at the very upper end or lower end of the spectrum are getting done, said Mitchell Kahn, a partner at Frontline Real Estate Partners. He spoke with GlobeSt.com's Ian Ritter at the recent RealShare Chicago conference.
