PHOENIX-CareCentrix has chosen Squaw Peak Corporate Center for its local operations. The company, which offers benefits management services for home healthcare, signed a seven-year lease for 18,254 square feet.

The East Hartford, CT-based firm will use the class A office space for its regional care center. It operates five regional care centers throughout the US. Currently, CareCentrix’s local operations are housed in 711 E. Missouri Ave. It will relocate to its new space at 7720-7740 N. 16th St. in September 2011.

Carl English, area vice president for CareCentrix in Phoenix, says the relocation is the result of continuing growth of the company throughout the US and the commitment that CareCentrix has to its dedicated staff in Phoenix.

Greg Bast of Jones Lang LaSalle’s local office represented CareCentrix in lease negotiations. Jerry Noble, Pat Devine and Greg Mayer of CBRE’s local office represented the landlord, Jackson, MS-based Parkway Properties Inc.

With the CareCentrix lease, the 287,514-square-foot Squaw Peak Corporate Center is about 90% occupied. Other tenants at Squaw Peak Corporate Center include URS Corporation, KTAR, Great American Title, and Tiffany & Bosco. Built in 2000, the two-building complex features a full-service deli, on-site management and security via patrol and card access system.
