NYU Schack Institute to Offer CLE Courses

NEW YORK CITY-The courses, taught by lawyers at some of the city’s top firms, will start in the fall and are designed to fill a void in courses offered in real estate, James Stuckey tells GlobeSt.com.

NEW YORK CITY-The NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate will begin offering continuing legal education courses in the fall, divisional dean James P. Stuckey tells GlobeSt.com. The courses will cover a range of topics, like real estate finance, commercial leasing and real estate contracts and titles.

“What we’re trying to do is to do continuing legal education in about four or five different areas in real estate,” Stuckey says, adding that he sees a niche in this area of CLE, “because there are so many lawyers who are involved in real estate doing transactions.”
