BALTIMORE-The General Services Administration has leased 490,998 square feet at 5601 Fishers Lane in Rockville for the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. The agency has signed the lease for 15 years with The JBG Cos.

NIAID, which currently occupies offices at 6700A and 6700B Rockledge Drive, 6610 Rockledge Drive and 10401 Fernwood Road in Bethesda, will take the Fishers Lane space in 2014 when the property is fully completed.
