HACKENSACK, NJ-NAI James E. Hanson is marketing a 3,400-square-foot office space in the Tower Medical Arts Building at 146 Route 17 North here for owner Tower RE Holdings. The second-floor, class A space was originally built out for an OB/GYN use; it has two fully functional surgery centers plus an IVF lab on site.

"The space is perfect for medical use and is in impeccable condition," NAI Hanson associate VP Darren M. Lizzack said in a statement. NAI Hanson sales associate Cheryl Bozzelli also is working on the assignment. "It is available for immediate move in. A tenant only needs to bring furniture, files and personnel and could be up and running in no time."

The asking rent for the newly constructed 12,000-square-foot space is $35 per square foot, according to LoopNet. Taxes are included in the rate. Other tenants include the North Jersey Ambulatory Surgery Center and a plastic surgeon’s offices.
