NEWBURYPORT, MA-A contract manufacturing services provider has purchased a manufacturing building in Newburyport. Product Resources has acquired the building measuring 33,000 square feet at 4 Mulliken Way for an amount of $1.63 million.
The manufacturing building was sold by GEM Group Realty Inc. Tim Brodigan and Greg Klemmer with Klemmer Associates represented Product Resources, while Austin Spinella of Minco represented GEM Group in the deal. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
