TRENTON-The Kislak Co. has completed the sale of Grand Court Villas, a 63-unit landmark multifamily property in the Chambersburg section here for $4.85 million, GlobeSt.com has learned exclusively. Both the buyer and seller are unnamed.

Kislak, in fact, has participated in previous sales of the property, the former site of the Clay, Henry and Bock & Company Cigar Factory, and a registered National Historical Landmark. “It’s an interesting property, and people tend to remember it,” Jason Pucci, COO of Woodbridge, NJ-based Kislak, says.
