DALLAS-A healthcare technology firm has decided to move its headquarters from Las Colinas to Addison. Net.Orange Inc. signed a seven-year lease for 15,371 square feet at 5000 Quorum.

Currently, Net.Orange occupies 6,000 square feet at 1333 Corporate Dr. It will move into its new space in the 165,434-square-foot, class A building on August 1, according to Kyle Jacobs, senior vice president of Stream Realty Partners.

Jacobs and John H. Pope represented Net.Orange in identifying its new headquarters and negotiating the lease. Ryan Evanich and Ramsey March with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Herbert.

Jacobs tells GlobeSt.com that Net.Orange was keen to find a headquarters locale that would allow it to have building signage. The company is focused on building brand awareness, particularly since it recently obtained an equity injection from California Capital Equity to facilitate its aggressive growth plans.

The search for Net.Orange’s new corporate home took roughly nine months and focused on the Las Colinas and Addison submarkets, Jacobs notes, adding that he and Pope uncovered three viable options. The firm chose 5000 Quorum because of the ability to obtain highly-visible building signage that faces south on the Dallas North Tollway. Moreover, the second generation shell space allowed the company to build out its space with perimeter offices and interior cubicles.

Built in 1984, the seven-story building features newly upgraded common areas, restrooms and an on-site deli. It is within walking distance of several full-service hotels and conferencing centers.

“We are thrilled to be moving to space that will place our staff in new, motivating surroundings and will accommodate the growth that is building for Net.Orange,” Vasu Rangadass, CEO and Founder of Net.Orange, said in a statement.
