COLLEGE STATION, TX-Pensam Capital has acquired Briarwood Apartments, a student housing/multi-housing community consisting of 422 units in College Station, Texas. The company has purchased more than 1,100 apartments outside Florida in the past 90 days.
Pensam arranged financing for 80% of the acquisition amount. Pensam and its partner, BH Management, are preparing to renovate the property's clubhouse, fitness center, unit interiors. They will also improve the 19-acre site's landscaping. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
