PHILADELPHIA-The Philadelphia Media Network is selling its office tower at 400 N. Broad St. to Brian Blastein from Tower Investments Inc. The sale price was not disclosed.
Encompassing 526,000 square feet, the property was sold as part of a repositioning of the media company’s priorities and noted in a release that “PMN is exploring options with respect to their future space, including the possibility of remaining at the 400 North Broad St. location or identifying new space in the region.”
The 18-story building is home to Philly.com, the Philadelphia Inquirer and Philadelphia Daily News.
