BEDMINSTER, NJ–Advance Realty has signed four major leases at its three office buildings here, bringing its portfolio in the area to 100% occupied. Amarin Pharmaceuticals has signed a long-term deal for 9,747 square feet at 1430 Route 206. Ameriprise has renewed its 2,565-square-foot space at 1420 Route 206, while UBS has signed a new lease for 3,300 square feet at the same building. Olsen Financial has signed a new lease for 5,122 square feet at 1545 Route 206.
“In these tough economic times, it is gratifying to have our Bedminster properties be fully leased with a variety of first-class businesses,” said Advance Realty VP of leasing Brian Banaszynski in a statement. “Due to its class A status, this portfolio has many advantages, including on-site amenities and a prime location that’s only five minutes from major roadways such as I-287 and I-78.”
Both the 40,000-square-foot 1420 and the 33,000-square-foot 1430 Route 206 are located at the intersection of Route within the 88,500-square-foot Bedminster II Office complex, while 1545 Route 206 is the 55,000-square-foot Executive Quarters at Bedminster. Rents were not disclosed, but asking rates in the area range from $16.50 per square foot, to $28.50 per square foot, according to LoopNet.
