NewMark To Manage Citadel Crossing

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO-NewMark Merrill Mountain States has been selected to manage Citadel Crossing shopping center here. According to a prepared statement, Citadel Crossing will become the largest contiguous power center in South Colorado Springs with more than 470,000 square feet of space when Lowe’s opens a new store there in December of 2012.

At approximately 120,000 square feet plus an outdoor garden center, this will be Lowe’s fifth store in the Colorado Springs area, says the statement. “Colorado Springs has always been a part of our business plan to serve the entire state of Colorado, and this project marks our entry into the market,” says Allen Ginsborg, NewMark Merrill Mountain States managing director and principal. “I developed Home Depot’s first three stores in the market over 15 years ago and have always liked it.
