BUFFALO, NY-The Peek'n Peak Resort located at Findlay Lake in Chautauqua County is on the process of getting a new owner. The property, which has been under the bankruptcy protection, comprises a 107-room hotel, several on-site eateries, 27-run ski resort, two golf courses and a spa.

A trustee has recently appointed Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, a national firm, to broker the deal. The Dunkirk Observer reported that the process will be handled by August 25. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
