SACRAMENTO-Newport Beach, CA-based Voit Real Estate Services has added three new members to its Sacramento office. The company has hired Bob Keady as vice president, Rob Mora as an office and industrial salesperson, and Tracey Huntington as senior market research analyst.

“Voit’s Sacramento office is committed to providing fully integrated solutions to each of our clients,” says managing director Kevin Sheehan. “In order to deliver these customized solutions, we focus on recruiting individuals with unique skills and strong knowledge of the commercial real estate industry. Bob, Rob and Tracey will increase our office’s depth in local brokerage and market research capabilities.”

Keady has been in the commercial brokerage and construction business since 1987. He specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial properties in the Sacramento region and Reno, NV. Keady holds a real estate license in both California and Nevada. Prior to joining Voit, Keady worked for 20 years as a broker with CB Richard Ellis. During this time, he represented clients such as Federal Express, T.M. Cobb and Grinnell, as well as multiple development companies.

Mora has more than 17 years of experience in domestic and international business. At Voit, he will focus on office and industrial brokerage in the Greater Sacramento area. Mora joins a Voit team led by senior vice president Robb Osborne. Mora is experienced in domestic and international business development, market expansion, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Voit, he spent four years as an Industrial Consultant at TRI Commercial Real Estate in Roseville. During his tenure at TRI, Mora represented investors, developers, property owners and tenants by providing financial analysis, market intelligence, negotiation strategy, site selection and marketing services for industrial properties. Before working with TRI Commercial, Mora was director of sales and acquisitions at EarthLink in the People PC Division in San Francisco for six years. Prior to that, he gained four years of international experience as the business development manager at Exel Global Logistics in Hayward, CA.

Huntington has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1994. At Voit, she will oversee the region’s market research and analysis. Previously, she served for 10 years as vice president, Director of Research and Marketing for Grubb & Ellis’s Sacramento region. Prior to working with Grubb & Ellis, Huntington served as an analyst for Western Properties Trust’s corporate finance team for seven years.
