ATLANTA-RHP Partners has acquired the majority of the shopping center at the triangular intersection of Roswell, Piedmont and Habersham Roads--the gateway to the heart of Buckhead. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

RHP Partners is a partnership of Frank Buonanotte, founder of the Shopping Center Group, and Jeff Stein, founder of Stein Investment Group. Eli Property was the seller.

The deal includes about 7,600 square feet of the 9,000-square-foot shopping center on 0.9 acres. RHP plans to invest $750,000 to renovate the mall.
