CushWake Tapped to Lease SunTrust International Center

MIAMI-CushWake's Jon Blunk tells GlobeSt.com's Jennifer LeClaire building upgrades will help to retain existing tenants and attract new ones.

MIAMI-Crocker Partners has tapped Cushman & Wakefield to lease SunTrust International Center. Crocker Partners just purchased the 420,857-square-foot property from Stiles Corp. and an unnamed partner. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Located in the heart of Downtown Miami at 1 Southeast 3rd Ave., the building’s major tenants include Ackerman, Senterfitt & Eidson P.A., Bank of America, Marcum, RR Donnelly & Sons and SunTrust Bank. Cushman & Wakefield senior director Jon Blunk will lead leasing efforts at the 31-story office tower. The asset is currently 82% occupied.
