BOSTON-Simon Property Group is proceeding ahead with its plans for a 47-story residential building at Copley Place. The developer has submitted the documents to the Boston Redevelopment Authority regarding the details of the project.
The Copley Place tower will comprise 318 residential units, a larger Neiman Marcus store and extra shops and restaurants.
