MIAMI-A group of lenders headed by HSBC has sold over 20,000 square feet of retail as well as some parking spaces at Icon Brickell, a 1,800-unit tower in Miami, for $6.25 million. The buyer was not identified, however, Fortune International Realty's Fabio Faerman say that the buyer was a businessman from Hong Kong.
The buyer paid $2.6 million and $3.2 million for 10,750 square feet and 11,071 square feet, respectively. The buyer also paid for a 25-space parking lot. Fortune handled the deal. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
