WAYNE, NJ-The North Jersey Spine Group has renewed its 10,243-square-foot lease at Building B at Oak Hill Park, 1680 Route 23 here for an additional five years, says NAI James E. Hanson, which represented the tenant.
The North Jersey Spine Group is a regional center specializing in back and neck problems, utilizing a multidisciplinary, nonsurgical approach. "It's the perfect space for a medical practice given its location right along a well-known major roadway," says NAI Hanson sales associate Paul D. Lockner. "We were able to negotiate a great renewal rate for North Jersey Spine Group that will enable the doctors and staff to continue to provide excellent treatment for people suffering from back and neck problems."
The rent was not disclosed, but asking rates for office space in the area range from $10 per square foot to $21 per square foot, according to LoopNet. Oak Hill Park is a 72,828 square-foot property, with a listed rental rate of $21.50 per square foot. Brian Godau, a VP at CB Richard Ellis, represented landlord Oak Hill Associates.
