BOYNTON BEACH, FL-Regency Centers has added Publix Super Markets as the anchor tenant of Boynton Lakes Plaza, a neighborhood center spanning 117,000 square feet at 4740 N. Congress Ave. in Boynton Beach. Publix is moving from a 39,000-square-foot store to a new prototype store measuring 45,600 square feet in the center.
Publix will move to the center and occupy an old Winn-Dixie site in late summer 2012. The center was constructed in 1994 and Regency purchased it in 1997. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
