FORT LEE, NJ-Fine jewelry maker Nadri Inc. has relocated from Midtown Manhattan to 16,057 square feet at 2 Executive Dr. in Fort Lee Executive Park here. Other tenants in the 360,000-square-foot building include Posco America Corp., Fieldwork, Inc. and Couristan Inc. The fine jewelry company previously was located at 45 West 36th St.

“Nadri relocated their global headquarters from New York City to expand their business,” says Nick Kim, a senior managing director with Colliers International New Jersey, in a statement. Kim represented the tenant in the transaction.

The 11-story class A building was completed in 1982 and prior to this announcement was 60% leased, according to LoopNet. Asking rents are $25 per square foot to $27.50 per square foot. Rents elsewhere in Fort Lee range from $18.75 per square foot to $30 per square foot, per current LoopNet listings.

The landlord, Fort Lee EP, LLC, was represented by Frank Recine and Ken Porreca of Newmark Knight Frank. “As we show space, the building's amenities draw the biggest reaction,” Porreca said previously. “Ownership offers on-site management, a full-service cafeteria, stationed and roving security and covered parking, as well as a childcare center on premises, which is a tremendous convenience for working parents.”
