CARLSBAD, CA-Lee & Associates has named Tim Moore and Glenn Stokoe senior vice presidents of its Carlsbad office. “The addition of Tim and Glenn to the Lee Carlsbad team is indicative of the growth Lee & Associates is undertaking today as a nationwide firm,” explains David Howard, president of the Lee & Associates’ Carlsbad office. “They step into their roles well-prepared for what lies ahead, thanks to their outstanding track records.”

With more than 26 years of experience in commercial real estate, Moore specializes in office, industrial and retail sales and leasing, as well as build-to-suit, land sales and investments. Prior to joining Lee, he worked for Coldwell Banker Commercial, GVA IPC, Grubb & Ellis and Pacific Southwest Realty.

Stokoe specializes in industrial and R&D properties and assists business owners, developers and investors acquire, sell and lease properties throughout North San Diego County. His market knowledge and experience in sales and lease transactions have allowed him to recognize opportunities to best meet his client’s real estate goals, according to a prepared release from Lee & Associates. “Stokoe has successfully assisted his clients in the disposition of property leasing in sizes ranging from 3,000 square feet to over 50,000 square feet,” says the release. Before joining Lee, Stokoe was a vice president with Coldwell Banker Commercial where he brokered transactions totaling more than $12 million.

Both Moore and Stokoe are State of California Licensed Real Estate Salespersons. Moore holds a bachelor’s degree in general education and a minor in business management from San Diego State University. Stokoe holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing/finance from Utah State University.
