Stiles

LOS ANGELES-Jones Lang LaSalle has added to its tenant and landlord representation capabilities in the Tri-Cities market, at its Santa Clarita office and in the Inland Empire with four new hires. The four are executive vice president Shaun Stiles and senior associate Katie Blasier in the Tri-Cities market, vice president Mitch Fisher in the Santa Clarita office and vice president Jeff Bellitti in the company's Ontario office.

Stiles is a 20-year industry veteran who will bolster JLL's tenant and landlord representation in the Tri-Cities market of Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena as well as Downtown Los Angeles, according to Jan Pope, Jones Lang LaSalle's Southwest Region market director. Stiles and Blasiar will be based in the JLL Downtown Los Angeles office located at 515 South Flower St.

Fisher

Stiles comes to Jones Lang LaSalle from Colliers International, where he was a director responsible for working with numerous institutional landlord clients as well as local and regional tenants. He has also consistently been recognized in the top 10% nationally at his former firms. Stiles brings with him several significant Tri-Cities listings with long-term clients including Equity Office, Hines, J.P. Morgan, IDS, TA Associates and Embarcadero Capital.

Fisher is a 13-year industry veteran who will increase JLL's industrial business, representing tenants and users in leasing and acquisitions in the Los Angeles North markets, including the Conejo Valley, Eastern Ventura County, San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley. He will be based in the firm's Los Angeles North Corporate office located at 21080 Centre Pointe Parkway in Santa Clarita.

Bellitti

"Mitch will play a significant role in working with our Los Angeles North team to further the company's presence in the region," said Pope. "Our goal is to continue to add talented professionals to our team."

Fisher previously was a vice president in the industrial services group at Grubb & Ellis Co., where he worked with owners, buyers and tenants. Since 1998, he has completed approximately 300 transactions with a combined value of more than $100 million.

Bellitti is a 14-year industry veteran who will add to JLL's capabilities in representing industrial tenants and landlords in leasing and acquisitions in the Inland Empire. Bellitti, based in the firm’s Inland Empire office at 3281 E. Guasti Rd. in Ontario, will partner with executive vice president Mike McCrary and managing director Peter McWilliams. Pope notes that JLL has a "growing client base in the Inland Empire" and that the region "has set the bar for strong fundamentals in the industrial sector after finishing 2010 with more than 10 million square feet of positive absorption."

Bellitti formerly was a vice president at Colliers, where he specialized in the sales and leasing of industrial facilities in the Inland Empire. In the past five years, he has completed more than 225 transactions in excess of 6.5 million square feet and $155 million in total consideration.
