CLEARWATER, FL-The Ross Realty Group, Inc. has completed the purchase of a flex industrial building in St. Petersburg. Kazarian Realty, LLC has purchased the flex industrial building measuring 32,604 square feet at 11880 28th St. N.
The property traded for $1,650,000. Infuserve American, an affiliated entity that prepares and disposes intravenous therapy products, will occupy the property. Elliott Ross with The Ross Realty Group negotiated the deal on behalf of the buyer. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
