Kazarian Realty Acquires Flex Building in St. Petersburg

CLEARWATER, FL-The Ross Realty Group, Inc. has completed the purchase of a flex industrial building in St. Petersburg.

CLEARWATER, FL-The Ross Realty Group, Inc. has completed the purchase of a flex industrial building in St. Petersburg. Kazarian Realty, LLC has purchased the flex industrial building measuring 32,604 square feet at 11880 28th St. N.

The property traded for $1,650,000. Infuserve American, an affiliated entity that prepares and disposes intravenous therapy products, will occupy the property.
