SAN DIEGO-Voit Real Estate Services is expanding its presence in the San Diego market with the addition of several key team members, according to Chris Wood, managing director of Voit’s San Diego office. “In order to achieve the superior level of client service we consistently deliver, Voit’s objective in San Diego is to continue recruiting and retaining top talent in the industry,” Wood says

Brokers Ronald Beck, Kyle Eigenman, Curt Perry and Ellen Thomas have recently joined the firm, while investment sales and leasing specialist Nick Frasco has relocated to Voit’s San Diego office as the Southern California representative of the Gallelli Investment Team. In addition, Matt Bean and David Perry have come aboard specializing in industrial properties.

“Over the past six months the Voit team has been joined by a number of established brokers, each with specific expertise that will further our team’s ability to provide top-notch service to our clients in a variety of ways,” Wood adds.

Beck joined Voit as a vice president. An investment sales specialist, Beck brings 20 years of commercial real estate expertise to Voit, as well as a track record of over 400 completed sale and lease transactions encompassing more than 3.5 million square feet and totaling well over $850 million dollars. Beck joined Voit after a long tenure at Coldwell Banker Commercial where he provided real estate services to a wide variety of clients including Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Hyundai Electronics, IVAC, Trammell Crow Co., and McMillin Cos.

Eigenman comes to Voit’s San Diego office from the Las Vegas area. He joins as a vice president specializing in the sale and leasing of office properties. Eigenman has leased and sold more than 4.5 million square feet of industrial, office and R&D property during his 15 years in the industry for a total consideration of $147 million. He has represented large lease-hold developers and Fortune-50 clients as both buyers and tenants, and a number of high-profile clients including MGM MIRAGE Inc., Prologis Trust, Office Max Inc., Majestic Realty, Honeywell Corp. and Granite Construction Inc.

Perry will serve as senior associate in Voit’s San Diego office and brings to Voit more than five years of experience in landlord and tenant representation, as well as investment sales. During his time at Coldwell, Perry was involved in over 150 lease transactions with a total consideration of over $14 million. He has represented a variety of clients including the San Diego Union Tribune, Farmers Insurance, Sotheby’s Real Estate, San Diego City Homes, Mark II Properties and Platinum Equities

Thomas joined Voit as a senior associate. She will specialize in R&D spaces as well as office properties. Prior to joining Voit, Ellen was with Colliers International of San Diego for 12 years as vice president of marketing. She has brokered over $40 million in sales and leasing transactions in the Sorrento Mesa area. Thomas has worked with Dura Pharmaceuticals, Ogden Environmental, Liquor Barn, Pitney Bowes and many other high profile companies.

Frasco relocated to Voit’s San Diego office as a representative of the Gallelli Investment Team. Frasco worked in Voit’s Irvine office for the past three years where he was involved in sale and lease of 446,000 square feet, with a transaction value of over $24 million.

Bean is a new member of Voit’s San Diego team who specializes in the sale and lease of industrial properties in San Diego’s I-15 corridor region. Bean began his career as a distressed asset specialist at Coldwell Banker Commercial after creating his own business while attending the University of Redlands.

Perry joined Voit’s San Diego office from Lee & Associates in Northern California. He specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in San Diego’s South Bay region.
