BENSALEM, PA-A former MeadWestvaco facility has found itself a new owner as MNop, Inc. picks up the property for $2.925 million from MH Warrington, LP. The all-cash deal for 364 Valley Rd. was brokered by locally based Roddy Inc.
Located on 6.97-acres of land in the Valley Industrial Park, the 95,557-square-foot facility is approximately 50% leased, according to Roddy Inc.’s Francis Roddy. Ceiling heights range from 14-feet to 20-foot and three inches with five tailgate doors, 5,240 square feet of office and 160 parking spaces.
Mnop, Inc. is based in Yardley, PA and specializes in repositioning properties in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. It plans to revamp and market the remaining space here after the sale closes.
