DALLAS-In January 2011, St. Louis-based Cassidy Turley made inroads into Texas through the acquisition of Capstar Commercial Real Estate Services, a company that handled the management, leasing and acquisition of office space. Eight months later, Cassidy Turley continues its growth in the Lone Star State with the addition of a tenant rep component.

Greg Biggs, Randy Cooper, Rob Morris and Craig Wilson formerly of Cushman & Wakefield’s brokerage services group in Texas have been tapped to establish the company’s tenant representative practice in Cassidy Turley’s Dallas office. The foursome took up its new duties effective Aug. 22.
