LODI, NJ-NAI James E. Hanson has been retained by Sapna Investments to lease 2,500 square feet of medical office space on the second floor of 4 Hunter Street here. The two-story building totals 14,500 square feet and has central heat and air, as well as an elevator and ample parking. It is situated near Lodi’s downtown shopping area.
"This space benefits from having a centralized location in the heart of Lodi, as well as being inside the Bank of America building with a great window line," says Darren M. Lizzack, NAI Hanson associate VP, in a statement. "The new ownership has completed a build-out that leaves this space in move-in condition."
Sales associate Cheryl A. Bozzelli also handled the assignment. The asking rent for the building is $24 per square foot, according to LoopNet. Other tenants include Proper Care Physical Therapy, and Lodi Medical Center.
