WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ-Agile Communications has taken 8,000 square of office space at the Factory At Broadway, located at 804 Broadway here, says Weichert Commercial Brokerage, which represented both the tenant and owner Raymond Klose in the transaction. Agile Communications, an organization servicing the application of emerging commercial technologies to military needs, has signed a five-year lease. Other tenants at the 53,000-square-foot building include Klose Associates and Lanmark 360, an advertising, marketing and communications agency specializing in the healthcare industry.

LoopNet lists the asking rent as $16 per square foot on a modified gross basis. There is currently 4,000 square feet still available for lease.
