$162M Outlet Center Moves Dirt

LIVERMORE, CA-Paragon Outlet Partners, a retail real estate development firm headquartered in Baltimore, has started construction on Paragon Outlets Livermore. The 543,000-square-foot outlet shopping destination will serve the greater San Francisco/Oakland Bay area region. Paragon Outlet Partners tells GlobeSt.com that the estimated construction cost totals $162 million.

Located east of San Francisco and Oakland and north of San Jose on Interstate 580 at the El Charro exit in Livermore, CA, Paragon Outlets Livermore will feature more than 120 stores. The leasing of the property is currently 64% committed with confirmed merchants including designer and brand names such as Banana Republic Factory Store, Barney’s New York Outlet, Cole Haan Company Store, J.Crew, Michael Kors, Neiman Marcus Last Call, Nike Factory Store, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH and Tommy Hilfiger, among many more.
