CINCINNATI-The former Schiel School will be turned into an apartment complex. A $20-million development on the Schiel School site in Corryville in the Short Vine business district will bring 102 apartment units and a retail space measuring 13,000 square feet.

Uptown Rental and North American Properties are working together to redevelop the Schiel School site. Fifth Third Bank bought the property in 2007. This redevelopment will be the fourth apartment project taken up by the joint venture. For the full story, go to Business Courier Serving Greater Cincinnati .
