PLANTATION, FL-Public records show that Delaware-enlisted Residences at the Fountains has sold Midtown 24, a 236-unit rental apartment building at 700 S.W. 78th Ave. in Plantation. Chicago-based EQR-Midtown 24, an affiliate of Equity Residential, has purchased the apartment complex for $69 million.
The apartment building comprises one- and two-bedroom units. Rents for the units range from $1,475 to $1,800. The original debt for the building construction was $63.3 million. The sale was closed on Tuesday. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
