BORDENTOWN, NJ-BPG Properties has named NAI Mertz as the exclusive leasing agent for Interchange 7 Business Park here. Available space at the two-building office and warehouse complex consists of the 39,000-square-foot Class A office building, and 41,000 square feet in the 186,500-square-foot distribution facility. Price Sports Inc. is a tenant.

“The flexibility and quality of the space and the centralized location between the New York and Philadelphia markets make Interchange 7 Business Center an attractive option for both office and industrial users,” says Rebecca Ting, a VP at NAI Mertz, in a statement. “We are excited by the opportunity to market the availabilities at one of the region’s premier business parks.” Also leading the marketing effort are Roy Kardon, VP, and Julie Kronfeld, sales associate.

The complex, which features a newly renovated lobby, also includes approximately 15 acres of developable land over two adjacent sites, and tennis, squash and volleyball courts. Future plans for the parcels include hotel and retail uses.

Office rental rates were not disclosed, but asking rents in the area range from $10 per square foot to $15 per square foot, according to LoopNet. The asking rent for the industrial portion of the property is $5.50 per square foot, LoopNet says.
