The Oaks at Weatherby Reaches 100% Occupancy

WOOLWICH TOWNSHIP, NJ-The building is the first of three affordable rental properties to be developed in the Woolwich master-planned community, CIS’ Christiana Foglio tells GlobeSt.com’s Debra Hazel.

WOOLWICH, NJ-The Oaks, the first of three affordable rental properties within the 1,600-acre master-planned Weatherby community is now fully leased, says Community Investment Strategies. The Oaks at Weatherby will consist of eight newly constructed three-story buildings comprised of 8, 10 or 12, one-, two- and/or three-bedroom units, ranging from approximately 700 square feet to 1,400 square feet.

Formerly a rural area in Gloucester County, Woolwich has become one of the fastest-growing municipalities in the country because of its access to mass transit and highways, and an outstanding school district, says Christiana Foglio, founder/owner and CEO of Lawrenceville, NJ-based CIS, which was appointed by the master developer to create the project’s affordable housing.
