DENVER-Two medical office buildings changes hands for $3.1 million in the metro Denver. Centum Health Properties LLC has purchased the Belmar Medical and Professional Building, a three-story property at 8015 W. Alameda Ave. in Lakewood, from Coolidge Liquid Equities LLC for $1.8 million.
In another deal, California-based C&M Colorado Real Estate Holdings has acquired the Orchard Medical Building, a 28,529-square-foot property at 191 E. Orchard Road in Littleton, for $1.3 million from Marsha and Richard Tackett. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
