SANTA MONICA, CA-Beachbody LLC, a marketer of fitness products, has signed a 36,500-square-foot lease at the Lionstone Group's Lantana campus in a seven-year deal valued at $10 million that pushes occupancy to 100% at the 130,000-square-foot Lantana South building. With the lease, which is an expansion, Beachbody now occupies more than 91,000 square feet at Lantana South, which is part of the Lantana Entertainment Media Campus, where occupancy has increased from 70% to 95% under the Lionstone Group's ownership.

The Lantana South building had been vacant since being completed in 2008, noted Jim Jacobsen of Industry Partners, who along with Scott Rigsby represented the Lionstone Group in the lease. Tony Morales and Tom Turley of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.

Lantana South is the newest of four low-rise office and studio production buildings comprising the 12-acre, 460,000-square-foot Lantana Campus near Olympic Boulevard and Centinela Avenue. Earlier this year, Adconion Media Group, the largest independent global audience and content network, relocated its US headquarters to 40,000 square feet on the first floor of Lantana South.
