C&W Adds to Industrial Brokerage Team

SACRAMENTO-Matt Cologna and Bryce MacDonald, previously with Grubb & Ellis, will provide industrial leasing and sales services in the Sacramento and Central Valley/San Joaquin markets.

SACRAMENTO-Cushman & Wakefield has added Matt Cologna and Bryce MacDonald to the firm to provide industrial leasing and sales services in the Sacramento and Central Valley/San Joaquin markets. 15-year industry veteran, Cologna, has been named senior director, and MacDonald, with seven years of experience, will serve the firm as director.

Both professionals recently left Grubb & Ellis Co. “The addition of two senior brokers like Matt and Bryce enables us to deliver a higher caliber of service to our existing Industrial clients throughout the region,” says Ron Thomas, executive director and managing broker of Cushman & Wakefield’s Sacramento Office.
