NEW YORK CITY-Cassidy Turley has arranged a lease for DC-based the Aspen Institute at 477 Madison Ave. The Aspen Institute is a non-profit, founded in 1950, that works to encourage values-based leadership, according to the group’s website.

The space it will occupy at 477 Madison Ave. is roughly 8,300 square feet and will be used for the New York executive and administrative offices.

“Aspen has a desire to strengthen its presence and identity in New York and, for the first time, all of their New York programs will be co-located in the same office,” David Lebenstein, senior managing director, principal and leader of the Not-for-Profit Practice at Cassidy Turley said in a prepared statement. “Cassidy Turley worked with the Aspen Institute on its plans to consolidate its satellite offices to a more convenient location so it may better serve the needs of its employees and Board of Trustees. To that end, Cassidy Turley’s Not-for-Profit Group worked to lock in a deal at an advantageous rent for a premier location and negotiate a generous work letter and free rent concession for the Aspen Institute.”
