NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ-Getting commercial real estate projects out of the ground is tough right now in the state, and firms are facing a "crisis in confidence," said Richard Johnson, a senior vice president at Matrix. He spoke here at the recent RealShare New Jersey conference with GlobeSt.com's Jacqueline Hlavenka.
