SAN DIEGO-With less retail real estate development, retailers are forced to take spaces that they wouldn't have chosen when times were better, points out Ann Natunewicz, national retail research manager at Colliers International. On the landlord side, Colliers recently released a report on how to re-tenant bankrupt big boxes. Natunewicz spoke with GlobeSt.com's Ian Ritter here at the recent ICSC Western Division Conference.
