LOS ANGELES-Roi Shleifer and Regina Manasan have joined Studley as a senior managing director and assistant director, respectively, according to Mark Sullivan, Studley executive vice president and regional manager for Southern California. Shleifer and Manasan will focus on global corporate services, providing strategic consulting, lease administration, financial analyses and transaction management solutions. They are both based in the firm’s downtown Los Angeles office.

“Shleifer is both strategic and tactical, and has a very relevant understanding of commercial real estate market opportunities across multiple US markets and globally," Sullivan said in an announcement regarding the new hires. In the past five years, Sullivan points out, Schleifer has developed and implemented numerous portfolio level initiatives and major transaction strategies for companies looking for real estate solutions post large M&A activity.
