ONTARIO, CA-Michael Kendall, a former exec with Turner Development, has joined the Ontario-based team led by CB Richard Ellis vice chairman Darla Longo as a senior vice president in the Investment Properties Group. Kendall, who will focus on industrial investments in Southern California, was previously with Turner Development/Turner Real Estate Investments in Newport Beach as vice president of development and director of acquisitions and entitlements. He brings more than 20 years of experience negotiating complex commercial real estate transactions, primarily in the Inland Empire and Orange County markets.

During his nine-year tenure as VP of development and director of acquisitions and entitlements at Turner, Kendall was responsible for sourcing and executing numerous new acquisition and development opportunities, including Turner Riverwalk, one of the largest master-planned, mixed-use business parks in the Inland Empire.

Longo, in a CBRE announcement regarding Kendall's appointment, commented: "Coming from the client side, Mike has a unique perspective relative to the needs and expectations of investors in today's dynamic market.
