CINCINNATI-Construction of a new affordable senior living community has started in Mount Healthy. The city of Mount Healthy, Hamilton County and the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority have partnered to develop the $12-million facility for low-income seniors.

The Reserve on South Martin will provide 60 single- and double-bedroom apartments for seniors. A Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 grant awarded funds to the Cincinnati-Hamilton County NSP2 Consortium to construct the senior living community. Residents will take occupancy in late fall 2012.
