TAMPA, FL-In another “musical chairs” office lease transaction, FairWarning is relocating its headquarters to the Feather Sound Corporate Center. The privacy breach detection solutions firm is taking down nearly 13,500 square feet of office space at 1353 Feather Sound Dr. in Clearwater.

Melanie Jackson and Alan Feldshue of Colliers International Tampa Bay’s Clearwater office represented the tenant, FairWarning. The landlord is RCC I, Inc. FairWarning’s lease brings the building’s occupancy rate up to about 25%. Feldshue expects the transaction to spark additional leases in the building, since interest often builds once a major tenant takes up space.
