Philips Electronics Renews 67,027-SF Lease

FOSTER CITY, CA-Class A Bayside Towers is now 80% leased with two prime water view floors available for lease.

FOSTER CITY, CA-Philips Electronics has renewed its lease at Bayside Towers, a class-A office property in California’s Silicon Valley. Philips occupies 67,027 square feet and has been a tenant at the property since mid 2007. 

The property is now 80% leased with two prime water view floors available for lease. Brokers Greg Walker and Rick Fahey of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Philips in the lease transaction. Bob Garner and Jon Mackey represented the building’s owner, an affiliate of Tishman Speyer Office Fund.
