PARISPPANY, NJ-Morris County’s class A office market got another vote of support when Atlanta-based REIT Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Inc. and Jones Lang LaSalle completed a seven-year-plus lease renewal with Gemini Technology Services, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG, at its 2 Gatehall Drive property in Parsippany.

The global financial company renewed its 204,515 square-foot local lease where it has been located since 2002. “We are very pleased to retain such a valuable and highly regarded tenant in our portfolio,” says George Wells, SVP for Piedmont, in a statement. “We appreciate the efforts of all involved to complete this renewal and look forward to continuing a positive and collaborative working relationship with Deutsche Bank and its affiliates in the years ahead,” Wells added.

Marion Brady, Ken Siegel and Tom Reilly of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant in the transaction. Piedmont’s Alex Valente and George Wells facilitated negotiations on behalf of the company.
