Sperry Van Ness Adds Nine Franchises in US

IRVINE, CA-The locally based real estate brokerage adds independently owned and operated SVN franchises in California, New York, Florida, Oregon, Nevada, Colorado and Tennessee.

IRVINE, CA-Locally based Sperry Van Ness has added nine new independently owned and operated SVN franchises throughout the US. The new franchises are in California, New York, Florida, Oregon, Nevada, Colorado and Tennessee.

The new franchises are part of Sperry Van Ness International’s national expansion program, which started in 2001 and has grown to more than 800 advisers representing more than 150 markets today, according to Kevin Maggiacomo, CEO and president of Sperry Van Ness International. “We are currently on pace to exceed last year’s growth by at least 50%,” said Maggiacomo. SVN is working on six additional franchise sales that it hopes to complete by the end of 2011, he added.
