NEW YORK CITY- According to CoStar, First Republic Bank has inked a deal to lease 14,400 square feet of two-level retail space in a building located at 575 Madison Avenue on East 56th Street. Steinberg & Pokoik is the owner of the property. Asking rent for the ground floor space is $450 per square foot. RSC Experience had previously leased the space.
