Highstreet Sells Three Department Stores for Over EUR 50M

NUREMBERG, GERMANY-Prelios has announced that Highstreet, the Karstadt property owner, has completed a sales deal for three department stores with Germany-based ECE Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG.

NUREMBERG, GERMANY-Prelios has announced that Highstreet, the Karstadt property owner, has completed a sales deal for three department stores with Germany-based ECE Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG. Highstreet has sold the three properties for a total amount of more than EUR 50 million.

All the shopping centers are fully leased to Karstadt Warenhaus GmbH. Prelios managed the deal with ECE. The three department stores are located in Nuremberg, Leonberg and Mainz. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
